Today I was able to snap a picture of Tate with his other favorite kitty, Poppy. He knows this one's name, so he gets especially excited when she comes around.
That cat looks just like the cat I had growing up. Do you remember it? Her name was Neener. And in reference to Shane's comment, Neener did have something wrong with her - she had no sense of smell, no hearing, and she'd fall out of trees and off of ledges sometimes... Dear, dear Neener...
We are a happy family! Phil is still a School Counselor at a local middle school and loves his job. He is also working for USU temporarily as a "Practicum Facilitator" for their School Counseling Masters Program. Shanon works from home for a financial advisory firm and feels incredibly blessed to be able to spend so much time with her two little rug rats. Tate is a fun-loving, sweet, smart, crazy 4 year-old. He loves to ask "why" and constantly amazes us with his questions. Tori is a few months shy of 2 years old and is a happy, stubborn, adventerous, opinionated little girl with an ever-expanding vocabulary. This girl has an endless supply of energy - she is ALWAYS moving, even when she's sitting down.
We feel so lucky to have been blessed with these two awesome kids and to be a part of their adventures.

Shanon, that cat looks like its struggling a little bit. Are you sure its not slowly dying from a tumor? Cats will do that you know. Love you guys!

Cute! What is he trying to give the cat?
Hey Shanon! I found you through Denice and Emmy's blogs. What a cute family! Glad to hear that all is well!
